The strict adherence to the processing methods assures a long lasting bonding strength of HOFMANN adhesive weights. HOFMANN adhesive weights cover all purposes, even those requiring improved surfaces, i. e. synthetic coated or chrome-plated.

We offer the following adhesive tapes:

Adhesive tape type 2 and type 5: Colour blue

Foamed adhesive tape with high heat resistance (up to approx. +180 °C)

• Black adhesive tape with a blue protective foil
• Foamed adhesive tape consisting of an acrylate adhesive with a slow initial adhesive force
• Substrate thickness approx. 0.8 mm
• Temperature range -40 °C to approx. +180 °C
• inal adhesive force is achieved after approx. 24 hours, depending on the temperature influence
• Re-siting of the weight immediately after initial fitment is possible, if carefully handled
• The weight and adhesive tape can be removed almost without residues
• Adhesive tape type 2 is not provided with a protruding protective foil
• Adhesive tape type 5 is provided with a protective foil protruding by approx. 3 mm for easier handling
