This terminal type is produced for the VB group. It can be applied instead of the VB type PP-130. These terminals have been approved by VB, Hannover. The rolled labyrinth areas and the two self-sealing labyrinth rings (undercuts for shrinking on of polypropylene) provide for an optimum connection between the terminal and the polypropylene. The total cone area of these battery terminals is rolled for optical reasons and to provide for a long-term protection against oxidation.

The manufacturing process is protected by two patents.
